Jackson, MS *My Hometown*

My hometown, where I was born and raised, is Jackson, MS. The city of Jackson was founded in 1821 at the site of a trading post on the west bank of the Pearl River. Jackson is the capital of Mississippi and one of the most populated cities in Mississippi as well. As of July 2008, Jackson, MS reported to the U.S. Census Bureau a population of 130,694. Jackson, MS is now, and forever will be my home and where my heart is.

Aries Sign

My zodiac sign is known as an Aries. Aries, meaning "ram," is the first astrological sign in the Zodiac. Individuals, such as me, who were born when the Sun was in the sign are considered Aries. The sun is in Aries from March 21 - April 19. Aries, such as myself, are considered corageous leaders with a genuine concern for those they command.

My birthday is March 25th, therefore, I am proud to say that my Zodiac sign is Aries.

My absolute favorite basketball player in the entire world is Kobe Bean Bryant. He is a shooting guard in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Los Angeles Lakers. He has played for the Los Angeles Lakers for 13 seasons. Kobe was born on August 23, 1978 and is 31 years old. He has two older sisters and he father, Joe "JellyBean" Bryant was also a player in the NBA when Kobe was a child.

Kobe is now married with two little girls. He is considered to be one of the best NBA players of all-time (even among talk of such greats as Michael Jordan). Kobe has made a name for himself since he first entered the league in 1996, and continues to show that he is not a force to be reckoned with.
